I have been busy organizing my spring and summer menu's. I know, I know, but I am a bit of a control freak...I have to be organized. I have lists for everything...lol
So, I decided to make my stand by dish when I do not know what to make...Alfredo!
I am not posting the recipe on here, but I do have it in my archive if you would like to make it. I added spinach to it this time, which is usually how we like it. Kaiti is a spinach freak!!! I served it with garlic zucchini!!
I adore zucchini, I grow a ton of it in the summer time. My favorite way to make zucchini is with tons of garlic and margarine sauteed in a skillet. You do not need a recipe to make this, just cut up how ever many zucchini you want ( I ate 2 tonight...don't tell), add some Earth Balance, and a large clove of garlic a a pinch of salt. Over high heat, saute your garlic butter and zucchini until barely cooked and serve!!
This pasta is called Perciatelli. I thought it was like bucatini, but it isn't hollow. Just really thick and delicious!!! This would be especially great with a hearty ragu!!! ( Not the pasta sauce brand..lol)

Frozen bananas make me think of banana soft serve. I just posted it a couple of days ago if you want to take a look.
Nice pasta dish. I am half Italian so I make many Italian or Italian inspired dishes. Pasta used to be a food group at our house until I started limiting our flour consumption. However, I can still live vicariously through your pics since I still really crave the stuff. ;)

That pasta looks so creamy and delicious. I'm intrigued that you mention it isn't hollow on the inside, but extra thick. Even more pasta!
