How was your day? Mine was busy and hectic, but good and I am glad I am back home! Whew...what a day!
I am just going to write a short post today, I have some really exciting things to talk about with all of you, but first.....seriously this chick is beat!!!
OK, so I have been researching whole foods and you all know I am on the organic, whole foods movement bandwagon.....so it is probably no surprise that I am writing a book on organic whole foods and the wonderful effects it has on the body, but what I have discovered is what AMAZING effects it has on a diseased body!!!! Life altering, life changing effects!!!!!
Some of you are raw, some of you are lacto ovo, and some are vegan, and some of you have debilitating diseases like me....
I do not openly discuss my illness, and I have been seriously debating whether to put it on my blog at all, but this is something that affects me personally and I want to share it....
But not today...sorry, but my feet are killing me.....literally! The smell is something awful, and that is what happens when you wear old lady shoes all day walking at the mall!
So tomorrow is the day when I spill the beans ( I hope they are lima's) lol.
