School is back, and so am I!!!!!

My summer has been spent entertaining my children, running errands and basically chilling out. Just a plain old midwestern summer.
I do have to report I just recently discovered ebay which is kinda awesome and terrible, all at the same time! I have bought more movies in the last month than I have in the last 5 years, all for less than the price of 4 movies at full price!!!
That is what I can saving money and a good way to recycle, as all of the movies I bought were used!!

I thought I would let you know what I have been eating this past summer and to let you know that I will be back to make more yummy food for you!!!

First off, the food I have enjoyed this summer.

Fresh grilled corn on the cob
Tomato's with sea salt
Loads of salad!!!!
Watermelon, I average about two seedless a week
Nectarines
Homemade chinese stirfries and rice
Cabbage rolls
Rice paper rolls with mango, kale and jicama, one of my new favorite yummies!
Oriental soup with rice noodle
Ciabatta veggie sandwiches with veggie tray
Veggie Trays
Spicy marinated veggies and olives
Brown rice pasta tossed with fresh tomato sauce with Mushroom pate
Fresh smoothies with in season fruit! Try nectarine!!!
