Food I have eaten lately and a name change

Hello Bloggie Peeps!!!!

I wanted to share with you some things I have been eating lately. Before we get to that I wanted to let you know that I will be making Millie's 16 bean chunky tomato soup tomorrow for lunch! Be sure to check that out!!!

So on to my meals and snacks.
Since I am a nutritarian, I like to eat super nutrient rich, healthful foods that not only provide me with a sense of well being, but protect me from free radicals. Having a lowered immune system I am in a constant state of paranoia when I am out in the public. Eating the nutritarian way gives me a buffer between air born pathogens that could possibly attack my system and take me down for the count. Call it the New generation of Health Insurance!!! I am always prepared for cold season now!!!

Here are some of the goodies I ate last week.
Mixed berry green smoothie. I had this two days in a row for breakfast. Loaded with spinach, banana, mixed blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, ground flax seeds, ginger, and cinnamon.
My Southwestern black bean taco salad with chili flavored raw jicima!! Super simple, romaine lettuce, raw fresh white corn, tomato, green onion and my black bean refried beans. Served with salsa, and some sliced avocado. This was soooo good!
Strawberry soft serve. Kaiti and I eat this almost every night. Super simple again...2 banana's small handful of strawberries, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup organic soy milk.
HOLY COW! This is living!
Throw together salad...Just romaine, onion, cucumber, and avocado topped with salsa.
Green Dragon Bowl Snow peas, green onion, coleslaw mix with carrots, beans sprouts and extra firm tofu in a spicy sauce made from garlic, low sodium soy sauce, and hoisin.
My version of Vegan Epicureans salad found here I made pickled cucumbers, gardinera and tomato over romaine salad. TASTY~
LOTS AND LOTS of clementines and tangerines, apples, blackberries, pears, cantaloupe honeydew and pineapple.
My oriental soup loaded with snow peas, bean sprouts, onions, garlic, tofu and mushrooms. The broth is a light asian broth with soy, red pepper flakes, and ginger.

~
I hope you have enjoyed looking through last weeks meals!
I know I did! I am heading downstairs now to make some chocolate soft serve!
YUM!
XOXO
Viv!

How was the chocolate soft serve? Everything looks so healthy and tasty. I love jicama; I've never tried putting spices on it before.
